NaDIA-Harms collection best practice

Closed 7 Jun 2019

Opened 17 May 2019

Overview

We can see from NHS Digital data that you have been able to submit data for the NaDIA-Harms audit. A lot of areas are struggling to do this so we are looking for some good practice we can share on how to collect the main harms (DKA, foot ulceration, HHS and severe hypo)

What Happens Next

We will collate your answers to find common practice and share this with hospitals who have not registered or who have not entered data. The report may also form part of the 'user documentation' on the audit web site.

Specific examples may be used to illustrate positive audit impacts to the programme commissioners (HQIP) and other stakeholders.
