Overview

As part of the National Diabetes Audit (NDA) Core data collection, information is being collected regarding Diabetes Type 1 service structures in specialist centres, including information about services for patients that also use an insulin pump.

Please note that HQIP have confirmed that Paediatric Centres do not need to complete submissions, as the NPDA will issue their own survey later in the year.

Why We Are Consulting

This survey includes a range of questions related to Type 1 Diabetes care and Insulin Pump structures in your service. The survey has been designed and signed off by the National Diabetes Audit Expert Reference Group, the make up of which includes specialist diabetes clinicians, service managers and patients with diabetes.
