Cyber Associates Network review and satisfaction survey

Earlier this year we sent the then membership of just over 350 a short online survey to baseline their views on how best to develop the network.

In response, over the last five months, we have launched an ongoing recruitment campaign (bringing membership to nearly 600); hosted two CAN engagement events;  set up a safe, online forum for CAN members to network and discuss issues and developed a draft members charter.

While intended to be a peer-led network the DSC and NHSX are committed to continuous support for and development of the CAN. With that in mind we want to measure member satisfaction through personal opinions of the membership and review the focus, direction and benefits of the CAN.

Your input is therefore vital, and we would be very grateful if you could give us your views in this short survey.  It should take around five minutes to complete and will close on Friday 30 August, 2019.

Thank you for taking part.  Results will be anonymised and shared once analysed.

What data do we ask for and why?

We ask you to volunteer some personal data (name, organisation, phone and email) in case we want to explore your responses in more detail.  We also ask for your details if you want to support us by sharing your experiences through promotional opportunities such as in case studies or talking at events.  This is entirely optional, and you won’t be identified in analysis or reporting

What happens to my data?

By filling out this survey you agree that we will process your data in line with the research purposes agreed above and NHS Digital's privacy policy. We respect your trust and protect your privacy and therefore will never sell or share this data with third parties. Your data will be treated confidentially and only used by NHS Digital for the research purposes specified. We will store any personal data for a period of 12 months. After that point, all personal elements will be deleted. If you have any questions, please contact
