Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) v2.0 Post Implementation Questionnaire

Closed 9 Feb 2021

Opened 19 Jan 2021

Overview

Changes to the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) Data Set, known as Version 2.0, came into effect on 1st September 2020 following the publication of an Information Standards Notice (ISN) in September 2019.

Local data collection of Version 2.0 commenced 1st September 2020. Data submissions to the Strategic Data Collection Service in the Cloud (SDCS Cloud) commenced 1st October 2020.

Why your views matter

Following the first v2.0 submissions to the SDCS Cloud, NHS Digital are looking to gather feedback to understand how IAPT services found the implementation of v2.0 and to assess the support required going forward. Feedback will also be considered as part of support initiatives for future data set implementations.

Completion Guidance

When completing this questionnaire, please note the following:

  • Answer all questions as relevant and provide further detail where applicable
  • Submit only one response per organisation. Where submissions are split across sites, please only submit one response unless the site submissions are made by different teams/departments.
  • Responses should be submitted by Tuesday 9 February 2021.

This Microsoft Word version has been produced to support colleagues in considering the questions included in the questionnaire in advance of completing and submitting these online via the Citizen Space consultation hub.

Alternatively, this Microsoft Word version can be completed and returned to NHS Digital via email (enquiries@nhsdigital.nhs.uk) stating ‘IAPT v2.0 Post Implementation Feedback Questionnaire’ in the subject line.
