The Burden Advice and Assessment team (BAAS)  are evaluating an application to collect data for the General Practice Annual Electronic Declaration 2017-18. Below are details that have been submitted to BAAS to be assessed. We would like to invite you to let us know your views on this collection by completing a feedback form.
