Overview

As part of our Continual Service Improvement plan, we would like to invite you to complete the following Customer Satisfaction Survey.

The results of this survey are reviewed on a daily basis. This gives Contact Centre staff the ability to identify any issues, ensuring the customer experience is improved, and also gives an opportunity to follow up with customers regarding specific feedback.

A monthly report based on the Customer Satisfaction data is also produced, which is reviewed by the Service Management Team. This ensures that levels of satisfaction are tracked over time to ensure trends are quickly identified and actions put in place to improve your experience.
